You will need to create an account in Arbiter. Then, click on central hub, and follow the registration prompts. Be sure to choose East Coast Basketball Officials Association as your primary association.

Once you have finished your FHSAA registration, you will see ECBOA in your list. Click on Central Hub and follow the Registration Prompts just as you did in the FHSAA Registration.

Pass the Rules Test

In order to officiate, there is a required test that is administered by the FHSAA. Officials must pass this rules test to be able to officiate high school basketball.

Background Checks are required by the Palm Beach County School District. Once the check is completed you will receive a security badge in accordance with the Jessica Lunsford Act
